Default Murder of Adam Walsh solved

ACK!

http://blogs.usatoday.com/ondeadline...ops-solve.html

Police in Florida announced this afternoon that they've finally solved the 1981 murder of Adam Walsh.

Ottis Toole, an accused serial killer, killed the boy 27 years ago, police say.
The 6-year-old's father, John Walsh, became an anti-crime crusader and has hosted the America's Most Wanted program for the last two decades.

"Although Adam's killer never served one day in prison for destroying our son's life and almost ruining ours, nor will he ever because he died in prison serving time for an unrelated murder, we are satisfied that the main suspect in Adam's murder –- Ottis Toole -- has now been positively identified and that this chapter in our lives is now closed," Walsh says in a statement on the AMW website.

and as a sidenote:

I hope this is suitable closure for the family. It can't be easy to go almost three decades and not know.

I also hope Super Cunt Nancy Grace doesn't try to tie this in with her coverage of the Caylee Johnson situation and put her cunt whore insight and spin on it. Maybe she can rail against John Walsh and accuse him of being the killer.

I'm glad the family finally gets the piece of mind of knowing. Thank God the bastards dead and can't hurt anyone else.

Adam Walsh is from my hometown. The day he dissapeared from Sears in hollywood, I was there with my mom and grandma, screwing around and hiding from them in the clothing racks. I got my ass beat for that one. We didn't know about his getting snatched until we got home from there.

I am glad its solved now.

My mom worked about 2 minutes from there when it happened and after that she was on me like a fly on shit when we were out at malls etc...which is probably why I am the way I am with my kid now. And now I live about 5 minutes from there and think of it almost everytime I drive by.
